We have free worldwide shipping for items over £75. Items below £75 are charged at:
£3.50 UK Tracked & Signed
£9.50 UK Special Delivery
£10.50 Worldwide Tracked & Signed
If you live outside the UK, you may be required to pay additional customs charges.
HOW IS MY ORDER SENT?
All items are sent via a tracked & signed method, so if you will not be home you may need to collect your item from a local sorting office. If you would prefer not to have it sent via a signed for method, please let us know when placing your order. Items will still be sent tracked but it will enable it to be posted through the letterbox. Bottlebee cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred if the item is shown as being delivered
The tracking number will be sent with your despatch notification.
Unless your item is sent UK Next Day Special Delivery, it is then up to the postal service as to when it arrives with you. Bottlebee cannot take responsibility if anything is held up in the postal system or at customs.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay local custom charges or taxes, which you will be responsible for paying. If your item is held up in customs, it may take additional time to reach you.
We are unable to expedite items once they have been posted.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET A REFUND?

DO YOU USE STERLING SILVER & GOLD?
We use the best quality materials and all silver and gold is bought locally within the UK and guaranteed to be .925 sterling silver, .999 fine silver, 9ct or 18ct gold unless otherwise stated. Any gold coloured items that are not made entirely from solid gold will be clearly stated in the description. The gold coloured metal is usually brass, but will be stated in the description. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need clarification on the metal used.
ARE ALL ITEMS HALLMARKED?
Hallmarking is done at the Goldsmiths' Company Assay Office in London.
Gold and silver items that are underweight do not legally require a hallmark. However items can be hallmarked at an additional charge if required - please add the hallmarking service to your order. Items will be marked for the lowest precious metal in the piece, so if there is a mix of gold and silver, the item will be marked as silver. Items containing silver and brass will be marked as silver + metal.

Items requiring a hallmark will take at least 2-3 weeks longer to arrive with you.

Most items can be customised or personalised. Please contact us to discuss what you would like and we will try to accommodate your request.
Please note that custom orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless faulty or not as described.
HOW CAN I FIND MY RING SIZE?
You can find your UK size here
Rings with a wide band (over 6mm) may need to be a half to full size bigger than your usual ring size. Please get fingers sized at 2 local jewellers with a band the same width as the one you want to buy as other methods are not always accurate. Alternatively you can send a ring with a similar width band to us and we can take the size from that, and return the ring with your order.
We do 1 free resize per ring - additional resizes are £25 per ring plus postage. Please send the ring back via a tracked method with the correct insurance value. We will send you a listing link to pay for the return postage and/or resize cost. Return postage is charged at:

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY BOTTLEBEE JEWELLERY?
Jewellery may tarnish if left out or stored with other jewellery. Creams, perfumes and hair products can act as accelerants so try to avoid direct contact with your jewellery. It is recommended that it isn't worn in water and taken off for sport or physical activities.
Brass or copper items may discolour skin, leaving a greenish mark. Sometimes sterling silver and gold may also do this. This is not harmful, and is due to the metal reacting to the acids in your skin. The discolouration is easily washed off with warm soapy water.
A soft dry polish cloth will bring back the shine to your jewellery.
Jewellery with gemstones may absorb dirt and chip. Settings may also become loose over-time. This is general wear and tear of the item.

All items will be sent in a beautiful Bottlebee gift box. Please let us know if your item is a gift and would like a personalised message included. Gift orders will not have a copy of the order summary included.

Bottlebee is a small business, but please get in touch if you would like to display any items in your shop or for wholesale orders.
CAN YOU MAKE ITEMS URGENTLY?
All items are handmade, and we can usually turn around orders very quickly if needed urgently. Please email if you require anything at short notice to check it can be made in time.
