TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply when you purchase products from Bottlebee. When you purchase from Bottlebee, these Terms apply and the legal contract is between you and Bottlebee for the items you have ordered.
Please read these Terms carefully. By placing an order with Bottlebee via www.bottlebee.co.uk, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not order any products from Bottlebee.
You are shopping at Bottlebee because you value that all products are made by hand and not mass-produced. Your products may have marks or nicks that show it was lovingly made by hand, especially for you.
After you place an order via the website, an order summary will show you the products you have ordered.
If we can’t accept your order for any reasons, we will let you know why by email, and will immediately refund you.
You will receive an order confirmation email from Bottlebee. You should check through this carefully and notify us within 2 hours if you notice any errors.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Bottlebee once your item has been made and dispatched. Items will only be sent to the address given when the order was placed. All items will be sent via a signed and tracked method, and you will receive the tracking number with your dispatch notification email.
Bottlebee will take payment when you submit your order. This is processed via Wix payments and Bottlebee will not receive any financial information for you.
We ship worldwide and some countries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Bottlebee do not have any control over these charges, and you will need to pay them directly in order to receive your products.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
We hope you are happy with your order, but if you’ve changed your mind (which we all do sometimes) please contact us within 2 hours. This is because some items are started as soon as an order is placed. Please email even if it is after 2 hours and if your order hasn’t been started it can be cancelled and refunded.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase once you have received it, we will issue a full refund once the item is received back, unworn and in it’s original packaging. Alternatively we can replace the item for one of the same or higher value.
In order to process a refund or replacement you must:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery of your product
Send your product back within 30 days of delivery of your product
We are unable to refund personalised or custom orders.
Products with problems caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear can’t be returned to us and won’t be refunded. If you return something to us which turns out not to be faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
Please contact us before sending items back to see if we can resolve any issues. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described. Proof of postage via a tracked method and insured for the full value is required for all returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns from overseas must clearly be marked 'RETURN' on the outside of the package. If customs charges are incurred by failing to do this, those charges will be deducted from your refund.
You will usually receive your refund within 14 days of Bottlebee receiving the product back from you, or within 14 days of your cancellation notice if we haven’t yet dispatched the products.
We do 1 free resize per ring - additional resizes are £25 per ring plus postage. Please send the ring back via a tracked method with the correct insurance value. We will send you a listing link to pay for the return postage and/or resize cost. Return postage is charged at:
£3.50 UK Tracked & Signed for items up to £20
£9.50 UK Special Delivery - for items over £20
£10.50 Worldwide Tracked & Signed
Products are for domestic and private use only. We won’t have liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of earnings, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
You will always have statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged or not as described. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
As Bottlebee grows and improves, we may have to make changes to these Terms. New Terms will not affect any orders already placed, but will apply to future orders.
English law governs these Terms.
