If you have purchased a made to order ring from Bottlebee and find it's not the perfect size, it can be resized. Please email hello@bottlebee to discuss a resize.
 
Please send the ring back with the correct insurance value and if possible, enclose a ring that is non expensive / non sentimental and I can take an accurate size from that. This will be returned with your order.
 
If buying from overseas, the return package must have 'RETURN' written clearly on the outside of the package. Any custom's fees incurred due to the package not being labelled correctly will require payment for any fees incurred before the ring will be returned to you.
